The first step is a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and best next steps. Consultations are held via zoom or over the phone. If we feel like a good fit for you and you’d like to continue, then you will fill out a brief agreement for offerings and make your payment for your first month of services. Once the agreement and payment are received, your weekly day and time will be reserved for you.

ALL sessions, including wellness room offerings, meet once per week (except as otherwise indicated). There are three sessions per month with the last week of every month off for integration of information. During holiday(s) season the week of integration may change. You may purchase a month (3 sessions) of ANY offering to begin and then add on or swap out offerings as needed per your customized healing plan. All Wellness Room Offerings are conducted in person at the facility.

We do not accept insurance. We are an out of network provider which means we do not bill your insurance company directly. We will, however, provide you with a receipt for your paid sessions for submission to your insurance provider for any out of network benefits you may have to request reimbursement for, if applicable. You are responsible for paying for your session(s) before service rendered, regardless of insurance benefits.

Wellness is not a one time occurrence. It is a lifestyle toward becoming your best self.  With that in mind, please take as little as 3 sessions or as many as you need, for as long as it takes for you to feel healthy and in balance. During your free 30-minute consultation, we can decide together or you can choose to move organically until it becomes clear.

This is your opportunity to take control of your wellness and become your own healer. For your 30-minute consultation, we ask that you come with an open heart and patience in your process and prepared to share your goals, intentions and/or needs for your sessions. The more insight given, the more we can customize a healing plan for you. You are also encouraged to bring paper and pencil to your weekly sessions in order to record and capture anything that is meaningful to you. Digital recording is not allowed.

All sessions are conducted on a monthly basis. Monthly subscriptions may not be cancelled within the current month of service. Subscription cancellations apply to the next month. 24 - hour notice must be given for session cancellations within the same month or 30-day period, and you may reschedule where there is an opening for the month. If there are no openings or notice is given in less than 24 hours, no monies will be refunded.

Yes! If you need to take time off to assimilate the information learned on your healing journey, take time off for travel and/or family or just want to take a break, you may pause your sessions by giving a two week notice in your current month to pause for the following month. Pausing your sessions apply for a full 30 days. In order to keep the same time and day reserved for when you return, an $80 fee must be paid per paused month. You may pause your offerings for up to 2 months at a time. If the $80 reservation fee is not paid, and notice is given, your day & time will be released. Of course, feel free to call back when you are ready to begin again, and you may pick your new session time based on availability. You may STOP, or discontinue offerings at any time. No monies will be refunded within the same month.

Soul Sessions Sanctuary practices the highest standards when it comes to your health and safety. When you walk into our sanctuary the space is ALL YOURS. We see clients one at a time in order to focus on you completely and provide true rest, release and revitalization. We have Honeywell air purification systems in each of our sanctuaries. All furniture and equipment is wiped down and/or sterilized with hot water and antiviral/antibacterial wipes and solutions after every client. Natural air cleansing formula is sprayed before and after every client. For your protection, your wellness room practitioner will wear a mask. Feel free to wear a mask if it makes you feel comfortable, otherwise, masks are not required. Of course, we ask that you reschedule your in- person session if you are not feeling well. Soul Sessions Sanctuary is a judgement free zone.
