Booking: When booking this subscription service you agree to be billed on a monthly basis for the selected amount until cancelled. 

Monthly Subscriptions: Your monthly subscription gives you access to three (3), 1-hour sessions per month. You will be prompted to reserve your monthly session time after your subscription has been processed. While you may see “unlimited appointments” connected to your subscription, this is only to allow you to schedule recurring sessions up to 8 months in advance. When selecting your preferred session date, you will see the available 3 weeks for scheduling appointments.

Cancellations: All sessions are conducted on a monthly basis. Monthly subscriptions may not be cancelled within the current month of service. Subscription cancellations apply to the next month. 24 – hour notice must be given for session cancellations within the same month or 30-day period, and you may reschedule where there is an opening for the month. If there are no openings or notice is given in less than 24 hours, no monies will be refunded.

Session Pauses: If you need to take time off to assimilate the information learned on your healing journey, take time off for travel and/or family or just want to take a break, you may pause your sessions by giving a two week notice in your current month to pause for the following month. Pausing your sessions apply for a full 30 days. In order to keep the same time and day reserved for when you return, a $50 fee must be paid per paused month. You may pause your offerings for up to 2 months at a time. If the $50 reservation fee is not paid, and notice is given, your day & time will be released. Of course, feel free to call back when you are ready to begin again, and you may pick your new session time based on availability. You may STOP, or discontinue offerings at any time. No monies will be refunded within the same month.

Insurance: You also acknowledge that you understand that we do not accept insurance. We are an out-of-network provider which means we do not bill your insurance company directly. We will, however, provide you with a receipt for your paid sessions for submission to your insurance provider for any out-of-network benefits you may have to request reimbursement for, if applicable.

Payment: You also acknowledge that you are responsible for paying for your session(s) before services are rendered, regardless of insurance benefits.
